Personal trainer Shawn Harris discusses his fitness career, from starting out in pee-wee football to college football and NFL dreams. He talks about realizations that he learned along the way, and the importance of pursuing your dreams, but also finding other ways of achieving them. Shawn Harris realized he may not be a star NFL player, so he focused on his education and learned how to teach others how to be successful athletes.
Directors Tyler Silver and Simon Turkel are both high school seniors from Clarkstown High School North in Rockwell, NY. They continue to edit video for various companies, including PBS, MTV and BMW.
