Festival de Cannes is one of the most anticipated and prestigious film festivals in the world. As the 2010 festival wraps up and the cleaning crews start sweeping up all the leftover mayhem, we thought we’d give a short list of our favorite Cannes films available on IndieFlix.
The following films screened at the Cannes Short Film Corner. You can view the entire list of Short Film Corner titles here, or our list of Cannes features, here.

Directed by Audrey Genevieve Holland, 7 minutes, stop-motion animation
Just released on IndieFlix, The Snow Princess is a dark fairy tale about a snow princess longs to live in the land of Spring. When she falls into the warm, lush world of Spring, she meets a new friend and embarks on a series of adventures… but at what price?
Directed by Gary Beeber, 22 minutes, cult documentary
This must-see award-winning film documents the bizarre world of Scott Baker, master of the bally stage at Coney Island’s “Sideshows by the Seashore” as he is shown, working the crowd, escaping from a straight jacket, swallowing razor blades, hammering a nail all the way up his nose and performing many other incredible magic feats.
Directed by Leah Meyerhoff, 10 minutes, drama
‘Twitch’ portrays a girl stuck between two worlds: caring for her disabled mother and escaping in to the world of adolescence with her boyfriend.
For $9.95 a month, you can watch these three films, the rest of our Cannes selection and basically the entire IndieFlix library whenever you want. Ya, we’re kind of broken record when it comes to this whole “subscriber” thing, but it really is a good deal.
